Sudanese army aircraft crashes killing militaries and civilians

An antinov plane belongs to the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) crashed in Omdurman, north of Khartoum, on Tuesday evening killing scores of militaries and civilians.
Identical sources said a technical problem had led to the aircraft fall.
Among the dead were army senior officers and five civilians who had been in the incident scene, the sources said.

SAF issued a statement stating that a number of army members and civilians have been killed or injured in the crash without specifying the number.
