He emphasized the need for review, even for government buildings, calling for a partnership that considers the interests of the nation, traders, and customers in safe shopping. He added that our goal now is to revive the market, secure it, ensure good distribution of services, water connections, and electricity, and the police will begin implementing plans to secure the market. He also noted that reforms will affect all markets and directed those responsible for water, electricity, and rain drainage to deploy teams to implement an emergency program to rehabilitate the market. The Assistant Director General of Khartoum State Police, Police General Dr. Ibrahim Shmein, paid tribute to the souls of the martyrs of the battle to liberate the market, saying that our forces are fighting for dignity and will support the initiative for reconstruction, which requires an epic effort, and the police will be in the field with the traders.

The director of the local police in Omdurman and the assistant director general of the civil defense forces confirmed that they have started forming teams for securing and sterilizing the market.

The commander of the Engineers Corps, Brigadier Zafir Omar Abdul Qadir, praised the Governor of Khartoum for standing by the armed forces and said, "We in the Engineers Corps are ready to provide vehicles and equipment for cleanliness, debris removal, and road opening." The Executive Director of Omdurman locality, Hadi Abdel Saeed, said, "We have started the rehabilitation of the market and we are ready to start working and implementing the initiative from today." Haydar Al-Amin, head of the initiative committee, explained that more than a thousand traders are participating in the initiative, with the priority now being to restore water, electricity, cleanliness, security, sterilization, and rain drainage.

Also present at the meeting were the Acting Secretary-General of the Local Government Diwan, Mr. Ihab Hashim Ismail, the Acting Director of the Security Authority of Khartoum State, Brigadier Hussein Nouia, the Director-General of the Land Authority, Ahmed Yahi, the Coordinator of the Khartoum Reconstruction Program, Saif al-Din Mukhtar, the Director of the Roads and Bridges Authority and Water Drainage, Engineer Mukhtar Omar Saber, and representatives from the Water and Electricity Authorities.
